Community Mental Health Nurse Band 6 (9.00am to 5.00pm Service)
About the Role
The post holder will promote fair and equitable access to mental health services, working in a way that recognises and
respects diversity, individual identity and lived experience, and supports choice, inclusion and recovery. You will work
collaboratively with people, families and carers to understand needs, strengths and goals, and to develop and review
personalised, recovery focused plans that support wellbeing, stability and independence. You will deliver evidence based
psychosocial interventions and proactive risk management approaches, supporting people to manage distress, reduce
relapse and minimise the impact of mental ill health on daily life. You will demonstrate strong safeguarding practice,
