About the Role
Do you want to work in a friendly, professional and patient-focused Community Mental Health Team where your skills,
knowledge and experience would be valued?
We are after a band 5 mental health nurse to join our team. The successful applicant would work predominantly within the
wellbeing clinic administering and monitoring the effectiveness of medications to patients with complex mental health
conditions . You would be working as an autonomous practitioner managing an individual caseload of patients within a
clinic and community setting.
