About the Role
Come and join our dynamic Adult & Older Adult Community Mental Health Team! We are looking for dedicated individuals who
are committed to transforming community mental health services for our aging population. You will be working alongside a
well established MDT including, Social workers, Mental Health nurses, psychologists, pharmacists and many other AHP’s
who will support you in delivering excellent holistic care.
CWP are seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team that will replace the existing consultant
compliment. The post holder will cover the Crewe patch.
