About the Role

Working within a specialist Older Adult Community Mental Health Team, you’ll be managing a caseload of clients over the

age of 65 who have complex mental health problems both psychotic and non-psychotic in nature.

The post holder will have responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the service to individual clients and their

families and carers via a range of evidence-based interventions.

Those clients with a psychotic illness may be managed through Shared Care model or under our Enhanced Psychosis Pathway.
