The Isle of Dogs Neighborhood Community Mental Health Team is part of the South East Locality catchment are of the

London Borough of Tower Hamlets which covers Primary Care Network 7 and 8. We are an established Mental Health team with

motivated, proactive and supportive team members. We care for service users with complex needs, including severe and

enduring mental health needs requiring us to provide skilled assessment and interventions through the integrated Health

and Social Care model of care.
