About the Role
Blackpool Community Mental Health Team is seeking to appoint a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to act as key worker
within a vibrant and diverse locality. Delivering care under the keyworker role, this post provides the opportunity for
a forward thinking and enthusiastic individual join a multiagency team working across Blackpool catchment area. You will
be passionate and committed to develop and implement safe, sound and supportive services that embrace the provision of
holistic care.
You will be required to have a working knowledge of the assessment, formulation and management of risk alongside care
