About the Role

The Older Adult Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT) would like to welcome a highly motivated practitioner who is

passionate about advocating for Older Adults.

The practitioner would be expected to be adaptable as well as creative. Also to have the ability to work autonomously

and as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

The team will provide intervention based care to service users who present with complex mental health needs.
