About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of older adults?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Mental Health Support Worker to join our dynamic Community
Mental Health Team. In this role, you'll provide high quality, compassionate care to adults with complex mental health
conditions. You'll work collaboratively with a well established team to deliver personalised treatment plans and provide
support to patients and carers as they navigate complex mental health challenges. The role may also involve occasional
working with old age adults to support the wider goals of the service.
