About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Moving Forward team, located across South Tyneside.This is

a hybrid role.This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa

and Immigration ServiceYou will be required to use your skills and knowledge to actively listen with empathy, care and

concern, to people who have identified as having mental health needs to help them express their needs, develop goals and

solutions. You will work closely to support individuals gain the skills and confidence to attend activities that will

have a positive impact on their mental health and wellbeing and build resilience for future challenges.Working to ensure
