We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to take on the role of Team Leader within Lewisham Community

Services. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role at the centre of our Community Redesign

Programme, helping shape how mental health care is delivered across the borough.

As Team Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to adults with

complex mental health needs. You will play a key role in improving care pathways, supporting staff development, and

ensuring high standards of clinical practice. Your leadership will ensure that service users and carers receive timely,
