About the Role

We are looking for a Specialist Community Neuro Practitioner to work in the Brighton and Hove area, working with MND

patients.

Working as an autonomous practitioner, you will implement and evaluate specialist care and support plans, using advanced

knowledge and skills for people with motor neurone disease (MND)

As a specialist practitioner you will act as a source of expert advice, clinical leadership, and education across the

system.
