About the Role
Coventry Intergrated Palliative Care Team supports patients, families and carers with specialist palliative care needs,
palliative support, and end of life care within the community setting. The post holder will be required to work as part
of the integrated night palliative care multidisciplinary team and will work with other health care professionals to
provide specialist advice, support, and high-quality patient centred care to those affected by malignant and
non-malignant disease at the end of life and generalist community patients that require urgent interventions overnight
within a 2-hour rapid response. This will be provided 7 days a week 19:30-08:00 on a shift rota basis.
