About the Role

Felixstowe Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) has an opening for a permanent B5 Community Nurse working 37.5 hours per

week alongside other Health and Social Care professionals.

The Felixstowe INT consists of district & community nurses, generic workers, community matron, occupational therapists,

physiotherapists and Social Care Workers. The team is governed and supported by a Lead Nurse, Lead Therapist, Lead

Social Worker and overall, by the INT manager.

The team is busy, dynamic and proud of their holistic care approach. The team continues to change to support
