the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams within Ipswich and play your part in keeping patients safe and well within the

comforts of their own homes.

Exciting opportunity have arisen within the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams covering Ipswich West & Ipswich East on a

part time and full time basis.

These are diverse caseloads which are lead by a band 7 clinical lead and three full-time band 6 senior nurses.
