About the Role
As a Community Nurse with Leaders In Care Ltd, you will provide high-quality renal and peritoneal dialysis care to patients in their homes across the North East. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Peritoneal Dialysis (PD).
- Provide safe nursing care and IV medication administration.
- Set up automated PD machines for patients.
- Monitor vital signs to ensure correct treatment.
- Provide catheter site care and dressing changes.
- Support both adult and paediatric patients at home.
Requirements
- Current NMC qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Valid driving license with flexibility to travel.
- Community nursing experience is desirable.
