The North East Integrated Neighbour Team are looking for Band 5 Community Nurse to join their team!

The North East INT is based at Leiston Waterloo Centre, providing an opportunity to work within a knowledgeable
experienced team and wider MDT. The team consists of district & community nurses, assistant practitioners, generic
