About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and passionate Band 5 Community Nurse to work within our Mid Bedfordshire Primary

Home Care Team, the teamdeliver responsive high quality nursing to patients livingin Shefford and surrounding villages

within Mid Beds.We are passionate about patient centred care, support our nurses to lead and deliver excellent and

compassionate nursing and value our clinical teams as the real heart of the NHS. You will work closely with other

members of the MDT to deliver care to patients with complex needs.
