About the Role
We are looking for passionate and skilled Band 5 Community Nurses to join our Thanet Community Nursing Teams, to be
based at our brand new £10million state-of-the-art Thanet Health Hub.
Our new hub directly supports the Governments new 10-year plan, that places community care at the heart of our health
system.
This plan represents one of the most significant shifts in NHS history: moving care from hospitals into neighbourhoods,
from reactive treatment to proactive prevention. And here at Kent Community Health, we're right at the forefront.
