Community Nurse | Provide CIC

About the Role

We are looking for experienced registered nurses to work for us as part of our Integrated Care Teams and will

participate in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of care to patients in their own homes and will be

committed to the development of the Primary Health Care Team.

We have vacancies available in the following locations

• Maldon ICT (this team covers 4 areas- Maldon, Witham, South Woodham Ferrers and Burnham on Crouch. You will be

expected to cover all areas if necessary, your preference of base will be noted however not guaranteed.
