About the Role
We have an opportunity for the position of Community Nurse Team Leader, working with our teams at Tile Hill and
Willenhall. This post supports the Clinical Lead and Service Manager in the management and professional leadership of
all nursing team members to deliver a high-quality service in compliance with statutory responsibilities, professional
guidelines and the policies and procedures of UHCW NHS Trust. This post provides day to day professional and managerial
