About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivatedCommunity Nursing TeamLeadto play a key role in the success of our Community
Nursing Teams. This leadership post is for an NMC-registered nurse with a Specialist Practitioner Qualification (SPQ)
who demonstrates the Trust’s values and behaviours.
You will lead, develop and operationally manage a designated Community Nursing Team, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care across a seven-day service. This includes managing capacity,
prioritising visits and responding effectively to service pressures.
