About the Role

Occupational Therapist in the Adult Community - Band 6

Occupational Therapy team (ACOT). The team is integrated with Social Care and is based at Bernard Weatherill House,

Croydon. The team provide OT assessments and arrange service provision for vulnerable adults living in the community.

The Band 6 OT contributes to service development and improvement. The Band 6 OT provides advice and guidance, and

supervision to junior staff. The post will be within a designated area of the service i.e. Area localities, Major

adaptations, or Duty and intake.
