About the Role

Community Outreach Worker - Vision Norfolk is seeking a compassionate and proactive Community Outreach Worker to join

their team on a full-time, permanent basis . This role will be based from our Great Yarmouth hub, covering the Great

Yarmouth and Waveney area. Also, the post will occasionally require travel to our other hubs in Norwich and King's Lynn.
