About the Role

Come and join our small friendly team delivering excellent patient centred holistic care to our Parkinson's disease

patients across the Fylde coast. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in Parkinson's disease and will

provide expert clinical care, education and support to our patients and families living with Parkinson's disease. The

post holder will work autonomously and as part of a supportive multi disciplinary team to deliver patient centre care

that promotes independence, symptom management and enhances quality of life for our patients and their families.
