About the Role

We are Trafford Local Care Organisation - an exciting, new public sector organisation bringing together NHS community

health services and adult social care services in Trafford. We’re driven by the aim of improving the health of local

people in Trafford by working across organisational boundaries.

Our community healthcare teams in adults and children's services are employed by Manchester University NHS Foundation

Trust and deployed to us, linking closely with our colleagues in Manchester Local Care Organisation. Our teams work as

one and together we will make a massive difference to the health of people in Trafford.
