About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Phlebotomists to join our community team supporting patients across Mid Essex.

The role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality phlebotomy services to patients in their own homes,

residential care settings and community clinics. You will play a vital role in supporting local GP practices and

community healthcare teams by providing safe, efficient and patient focused blood collection services.

The post holder is responsible for delivering timely diagnostic venepuncture and INR testing, in line with established

protocols, for housebound and community-based patients across a diverse caseload. The role requires the ability to work
