An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Ipswich East Community Team. We are looking for a band 5
Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist who is passionate, committed, innovative, enthusiastic and highly motivated to
delivering high quality care within patient’s homes.
We are fortunate enough to be co-located with our nursing, social care colleagues and the out of hours REACT, admission
prevention and discharge to assess teams.
