About the Role
We are seeking a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Community Team (ICT).
Lower Lea Valley ICT has its base in Cheshunt, Herts, and delivers effective and efficient therapy and nursing services
to the local population of Cheshunt and surrounding arears. The team provides holistic care for a wide variety of long
and short term needs in patients’ own homes and residential settings. The service includes community therapy
rehabilitation, prevention of hospital admission, falls assessment, frailty clinics and long COVID intervention.
Therapists work closely within the ICT and are supported by their nursing colleagues locally and by the Therapy and AHP
