About the Role

Are you a committed, highly motivated, enthusiastic Nurse or Paramedic?

UCRT is a 7 day service that responds to patients in crisis in their own homes, including nursing and residential care

homes, to avoid admission to hospital.

This a national community crisis service model which is delivered across the Mid and South Essex through joint working

and collaboration with local partners, such as East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST), Mid and South Essex Hospitals,

General Practitioners, Social Care teams, NHS community services and the voluntary sector
