About the Role
Band 6, 30 hours per week, office hours between Monday to Friday. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6
Mental Health Nurse to join our MHSOP Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) within the Nottingham City locality. We
provide assessment, treatment and support for service users of any age with a diagnosis of a dementia or people over the
age of 65 with a mental health condition. The service is for patients experiencing mental health conditions or a
dementia diagnosis. The team provides specialist assessment, therapy & treatment, working to an individually tailored
care plan to adopt a flexible, patient-centred approach enabling the older person with mental health difficulties to
