About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established OPMH service which includes a Community Mental Health Team,
Memory Clinic, Home Treatment Team and Social Care service as a band 5 developmental role.
Bracknell is one of the Frimley Health Primary Care Network sites which is supporting the transformation of services in
this area. This makes it an exciting time to join Bracknell as the service is collaborating with new teams who aim to
work together to deliver services in line with the NHS Long Term Plan to better meet our client’s needs.
