About the Role

· The CRHT is a multidisciplinary (MDT) team that provide 24/7 urgent clinical triage and advice via the crisis

telephone line, as well as conducting urgent and emergency mental health assessments for people in crisis. In addition

to this, the team also provide intensive home treatment to those patients admitted onto the caseload as an alternative

to hospital admission. The CRHT also act as gatekeepers for all inpatient admissions, crisis house admissions and

facilitate early discharge from the inpatient wards.
