About the Role
Croydon Community Mental Health Service (CMHT) have undergone service transformation to enhance the quality of our
service delivery, improve the experiences of those using our services, maintain staff morale and to ensure services are
meeting the NHS Long Term Plan.
It is an exciting time to be part of this transformation in Croydon, getting involved in improved ways of working due to
investment in resources. The Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) is a generic team integrated with Croydon Social Care
in working with all adults experiencing severe and enduring mental illness.
