This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Community psychiatric nurses and mental health practitioners to join

Gedling Local Mental Health Team.

We will provide the successful candidates the opportunity to develop skills needed to work within a community setting,

providing care to an adult population across the Gedling area, open to secondary care services, within SMI pathways

(mood affective, complex psychosis, community rehabilitation and non psychosis).
