About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join our Community band 5 rotation. The post will include

rotating into Planned Community Therapy, Community Integrated Neuro and Stroke service (CINSS) and our new and

transformational One Coventry Integrated Team (OCIT).

This role will enable you to develop knowledge and skills that support the future of community based rehabilitation.

You will play a key role in admission prevention, hospital discharge, proactive and preventative care through

rehabilitation within the community.
