Job Description: Role SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Carer to join our team in a full-time
role (40 hours per week). The Senior Carer will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, performing
administrative duties, managing medication orders, maintaining care plans, and conducting quality checks to support CQC
regulatory compliance, as designated by the Nursing Team. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate and effective care
to service users, ensuring both physical and emotional needs are met. Assist with personal care tasks, including
bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Administer medication in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards.
