About the Role
The sucessful candidate will provide a variety of nursing care to patients; including wound care, administration of
medication, palliative care, management of bowel and catheter care. The role involves assessment of patient care needs,
care planning, delivery of care and review. The sucessful candidate will be required to work independently as part of
the wider Nursing team reporting back to the Team Lead. To support patient safety and clinical effectiveness providing
expert evidence based clinical advice and support staff within the team.
