About the Role

Join the Hillingdon District Nursing team as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for a 9-month fixed-term position. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality nursing care in a community setting, where you can develop your skills and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Work autonomously within the community setting.
• Administer medications and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Document patient interactions and care plans accurately.

Requirements

• NMC registered nurse with a valid license.
• Understanding of community nursing practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in nursing is preferred but not essential.
