About the Role
Community Staff Nurse - Health Visiting - 37.5 hours
This Registered Nurse role will support Health Visitors to the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) 0-5 years.
The post holder will have delegated responsibility for the assessment of health needs, implementation and evaluation of
care as part of the Healthy Child Programme, at Community, Universal, Universal Partnership and Universal Partnership
Plus level. This includes children and families with complex health, social and emotional needs, children presenting as
a cause for concern, subject to safeguarding and cared for children.
