About the Role

Skills include but are not limited to: and training will be provided including access to the preceptorship course and

other in-house training. Autonomous Practice: Ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and making

informed clinical decisions. Diabetic Management: Blood sugar monitoring, insulin administration, with access to a

specialist diabetic nursing team. Tissue Viability/Wound Care: Leg ulcer management, compression therapy, doppler

assessments, VAC dressings, pressure ulcer care, and post-surgical wound management. Supported by a specialist tissue

viability team. Bladder and Bowel Care: Male, female, and suprapubic catheterisation, bowel care, and continence
