About the Role
This is an exciting time for Calderdale’s district nursing teams as we have established 5 community hubs each with its
own unique and diverse needs.
We are seeking enthusiastic staff members with excellent communication skills, who are highly motivated and adaptable in
a fast paced and ever changing environment.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you hold a full driving license with access to a vehicle suitable for
business use.
