About the Role

Neston and Willaston Care Community Team are seeking to recruit 2 experienced Band 5 community nurses to join our small,

friendly and supportive team. Our service is evolving through a re-design to a 08:00 – 20:00 model. This is to improve

our patients' journey and experience and to provide more flexibility for our staff.

There are 2 posts available, one 12 hours per week and one 16 hours per week covering 16:00 – 20:00. Applicants should

be self-led and confident to lone work across the Neston locality during the evening, with remote support from

neighbouring teams.
