About the Role
A Band 5 Community Nurse position is available within the West Community Nursing and Conditions Team. This permanent
role is for 22.5 hours per week, scheduled over 7 days.
The position allows for flexible working hours. The selected candidate must possess strong communication skills and be
able to adapt to the changing demands of community nursing. IT literacy is also required. The role requires a car and
the ability to travel between various work locations, as well as for attending training and meetings.
The West Community Nursing Team provides comprehensive community nursing care to clients requiring long-term conditions
