The Intensive community Support for Dementia East (ICSDE) is looking for a full-time Band 5 Registered Mental Health

Nurse to join this busy and dynamic team based at Alderney Hospital in Poole and covering east Dorset.

ICSDE is a multi-professional team of Nursing staff, with Medical and Occupational Therapy input, and is a great mix of

autonomous and teamwork where everyone's contribution is valued. The team is highly regarded, very supportive of each

other and has its own in-house teaching programme, as well as Team Reflective Practice sessions and has been involved in
