About the Role
Lincolnshire Community Heath Service (LCHS) have an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join their 4 Counties Community
Nursing team.
We have vacancies for 3 full time positions within the Bourne Community Nursing team or Stamford Community Nursing team.
As a community staff nurse you will be required to work autonomously and as part of a team, delivering care to patients
in their own homes, care homes and clinic settings. Successful candidates will be responsible for assessing care needs,
and the planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care using innovative evidence based practice.
