Lincolnshire Community Heath Service (LCHS) have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their Boston Community

Nursing Team.

We have a vacancy for 1 full time position

As a community staff nurse you will be required to work autonomously and as part of a team, delivering care to patients

in their own homes, care homes and clinic settings. Successful candidates will be responsible for assessing care needs,

and the planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care using innovative evidence based practice.
