About the Role

Due to additional funding, there is an exciting opportunity to expand the already well-established Special school and

complex needs nursing team in Redbridge.

We are looking for registered Paediatric nurses, who will work as a member of the Specialist School Nursing Team,

supporting a defined caseload of children and young people aged 3-19 years with complex healthcare needs and

disabilities within the community and school settings. You will assess, manage, plan and deliver care, being

professionally and legally accountable
