Work closely with the Team Leader coordinating the community nursing teams off duties to meet the needs of the community

nursing service/workload. Ensuring all loans of equipment are appropriate and reviewed regularly Working in partnership

with other health care professionals and agencies Encouraging client independence and empowerment, recognising and
