About the Role
Community Neuro Rehab Team Brighton and Hove – Full Time Band 6 Community Stroke Nurse 37.5 hours
Would you like to develop your nursing skills to work as a stroke nurse? We have an exciting opportunity for a nurse
with an interest and the relevant experience to join our Community Neuro Rehab Team, based in Brighton and Hove. You
will be part of a large, friendly, welcoming, dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering neuro rehabilitation to
patients in a community setting. You will have supervision from the band 7 stroke nurse and work in the team with
Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, social worker, Psychologist and Rehab support
