Community Support Worker

About the Role

Crewe & Nantwich Supported Living Network provide support to adults who have Learning disability, living in their own

homes in the local Community. We are looking for Community Support Workers to join our team; you will be working in the

Crewe & Nantwich and surrounding area.

We have 4 x 25-hour posts, 3 x 20-hour posts and 1 X 26.25-hour post.

You’ll be part of a team providing 24-hour person-centred support which includes the following:

Assisting with Personal care
