About the Role

Action for Conservation is a grassroots charity using innovative approaches to inspire and empower young people from

diverse backgrounds to become the next generation of environmental leaders. In 2019, we launched our flagship

intergenerational nature restoration project, the Penpont Project, on a 2,000-acre estate in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon

Beacons), Wales.

We are currently looking to appoint a Community Tree Nursery Coordinator to join the Penpont Project and look after our

Community Tree Nursery. The postholder will grow trees from native tree species, including trees of conservation and
